Dick Van Patten, beloved TV Dad and Mel Brooks movie mainstay, died yesterday at age 86. Poker fans know him as Vince Van Patten's father and lover of the game, as well as a poker commentator. RIP and good vibes to Vince and the rest of his family.

According to wiki, Dick "also was a commentator for the World Series of Poker from 1993 to 1995."
