Seems they’re being accused of knowingly accommodating illegal bookmakers and money laundering.

To be fair, they're only being accused of it because they 100% did it. On multiple occasions for over a year with multiple illegal bookies.

If you read through the complaint, it's pretty clear that RW totally disregarded it's own policies and procedures to take action from the bookies. They even employed one of the bookies wife as a casino host (technically an independent contractor) and then she helped market his 'business' and refer gamblers to him.

I seriously doubt they will lose their license over this, but multiple people will definitely lose their jobs. And RW will be on double-secret probation for quite awhile with the NGC and federal regulators.

How is Crazy Mike/Mr. Gatorade doing? Has his family money run out yet? He is the only one keeping the poker room open, combine that with this problem, RW is in dicey territory.

I’ve heard good things about their summer poker series but I’ve never played there. It would really stink if a scandal like this took them down.

It's not going to take them down, any more than it took MGM Grand or Cosmopolitan down.

Probably not but they're buried in debt and bleeding money.

My understanding is they're in an even worst situation in NY State and absolutely torching reserves. They were successful in Malasia or wherever their primary properties are, but terribly managed in USA.

Often this means they are taking money out of the corporation and putting it into private pockets.
