Back before the 2+2 hacking incident, there was a thread in the marketplace where someone called out Oweis Ahmed for allegedly misreporting the way that he busted out of a WPT event.

Today, John Kim (@nicolakpoker) on twitter called out Casey "bigdogpckt5s" Jarzabek for something similar (Casey tweeted that he busted with QQ vs AA, John claims that Casey actually had A6).

So, that got me wondering:
- is it standard practice for staked players to tell their backers exactly how they busted out.
- if it's not standard, then why would you lie about how you busted instead of just staying quiet.
- is everyone cool with pros policing how other players report their bustout hands?

Considering he is a Lock Pro, which seems to be the home of shady online poker doings as of late, I think it is fine.

1. Yes
2. Because you are stupid
3. Yes

Also, anyone who has played with bdp5's knows he's way more likely to tool out with A6 than to get dealt a top hand so if he did indeed lie about his hand I don't understand why.

What about 2+2 calling out something that happened on twitter?

The guy is from lock he is not even a real pro.

Why would he want to post "spewed with A6 in a 1500 donkament". I thought it was funny. If someone backed that idiot they shouldn't be mad at nobody but themselves.

Mel Judah lied about his bustout hand against me once in an AM plo event a few years ago, said it went in pre AAxx vs KKxx when in reality 3bb went in pre and 50bb went in post when he had 2 outs

Fun times with live pros.

Maybe some just mean that they effectively busted with these hands, say they lose 50bbs AA v QQ and tweet that instead of their last 2bbs bustout a few hands later.

That was not the case this time, but it's definitely possible that comes up sometimes.

This is a big deal if Casey is backed or sold off a portion for this tournament. If he's playing on his own money, it's just kind of weird/stupid.

Qq into aa at least it wasn't a bad beet. Just to short in these not to get qq in the middle. Pool day #tpedge

John Kim ‏@NicolakPoker
Wth, following a notable on twitter, he's on my table, he busts by playing A6 horribly then tweets he busted QQ<AA #keepthebackershappy

John Kim ‏@NicolakPoker
For those tweeting at me, already outed him, it's bigdogpckt5s or whatever, Casey Jarzabek; lady that busted him willing to verify hand

casey jarzabek ‏@bigdogpckt5s
Taking heat for my bust out hand but if u look back u can see my a6 hand bustout hand with nut flush draw

John Kim ‏@NicolakPoker
Somewhat in his defense he lost a small pot to AA couple hands before so maybe he had QQ there but lost most of his chips and busted w A6

John Kim ‏@NicolakPoker
Actually no, it was a Q9488 board and he mucked after guy showed so he didn't even have QQ that hand #straightliar

The A6 tweet was from 18 hours ago, so did the hand described happen today? And the A6 is just coincidence?

I expected so much more from someone named bigdogpckt5s. Why do tournament players tend to be fat and dumb?

Bigdogs is a BEAST I doubt he'd feel the need to lie about how he busted. Gettin it in with A6o vs QQ seems standard really.

So unless busting twice with A6 and a flush draw this can be a cause of confusion obv.
