I didn't disconnect any other time. Literally reconnected not even 1 minute after it DCed me. Which makes no sense.. How come my hand got insta mucked. I am very sick to my stomach. Also feel bad for guy w/ the quad Kings cuz 40% was his and only 20% was mine but yes seems very shady indeed. Pretty sure I can get network provider proof showing my internet was up and running the whole time.

I am hopeful they have their own Betonline forum for 2p2 so hopefully someone from there reaches out to me. Have a feeling I won't get much from support but I do remain hopeful.. For some reason?

Whether or not you were d/c'd shouldn't have an impact on whether or not you hit the BBJ I would think. You're still in the hand, you just couldn't do anything*

Also, I never folded but it auto folded me from the D/C when I tried to click call $13.50 on turn... not sure how it works and how it's recorded on their end. I saw the Qs saw the $13.50 then bam D/C

Good luck Devo. I hope I'm wrong but I don't think you will get paid. The video shows you disconnecting and folding and while it obviously it isn't your fault and there is zero doubt what would happen, I'm not sure BOL will view that as a bad beat worthy hand since the beat didn't happen.

I do like your strategy of raising awareness. I'd try to get in contact with Chicago Joey, Patrick Leonard, Matt Berkey, DNegs, Norman Chad or any other high profile(high followers) twitter people as they can make your story spread much faster.

BOL can get a lot of free positive publicity if they do the right/generous thing here and the more people talking the more likely BOL is to feel the pressure and hopefully do the right thing.

Correct, you can see in the hand history I called the $11 and turned the Straight Flush if you even look at the table it reads my hand online on the table K-9 straight flush. So imo that means I was still connected when I hit the nuts and for w/e reason couldn't hit call.

You are probably 100% correct. My initial reaction was anger and wtf need to get this out there as fast as possible. Since I have cooled off I have not called them scammers or anything and just put the info out there. I am hopeful they reach back out to me soon. If mods want to lock this up for the time being I am completely ok w/ whatever you guys decide to do.

Given your response, I will lock this up for now, but if you find you're not getting anywhere you could use the post report feature (red triangle to the left of every post) and request it be reopened. It might end up being moved over to Internet Poker, which is where threads like this usually belong, if not in the BOL forum.
