I know the US is the centre of the universe but this is more about the UK rules than speculative stuff re bad actor in New Jersey.
The worry here is the lack of a real list. William Hill back in March left 55 markets that have a lot of cross over with this BTW, but they gave us a list.
The Stars FAQ is carefully done to not include a country list or even name your own country, for me that reeks of a rolling programme not a one off.
The focus here is Canada but Aus and Russia are the clearer cases that sit with this group of countries in terms of their laws.
