Because in the Netherlands state run casino's have a monopoly on gambling, and at those casino's the rake is 10% with a cap of €10.

By the way, the judge also pointed to similar cases in other countries and concluded that their reasons for declaring poker a game of chance, were not scientific.

its not really a good one, there is no real benefit imo, now we will get raped with a 55% tax instead of 29% as you will fall into the highest category tax payers after shipping a donkament. better not to pay taxes at all imo..

They should change their ******ed way of doing poker taxes instead of this useless ****
