Poker in Monaco (question) london/venice to. Poker in Monaco (question) london/venice to.

I am heading over to Europe with the wife later this week to tour and relax for a couple weeks.
2 questions.

1. Anyone know what the 'small' limits in monaco are? I think 10/20 euro is what i read at one of the casino's, any truth to those being the bottom feeder limits?

2. Anyone have any recommendations of places to play in venice/london? I know they both have a couple good places but not sure if the sportsman in london is where i should look for cards or not...

Thanks in Advance,

IA

Ur gonna want to post this in Travel section not the NVG m8, but gl with that.

I can testify that Venice is crazy expensive on the waterfront but well worth it even if its a bit touristy, went with the gf last year and was worth every penny

Oh and dunno about the action in Venice soz

London: I'd go to the Empire casino on weekends, lowest limit there is NL 200 IIRC(1/2) and it's crazy soft, at the Vic you have 1/1 as the lowest limit but it's a rakefest and again same softness esp. on weekends. If you wanna play higher or PLO I'd def head to the Vic as you can get action past the micros/low quite easily. For MTT's check the websites of aforementioned two casinos. The Sportsman sucked last I visited.

Also if you plan to go to play cash either on a Friday/Sat make sure you go in early evening (7ish) as the waiting list can take up to like an hour later on

Hello iacommodity,

There is a thread dedicated to live poker in London here:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/27...thread-491593/

5 places are discussed widely: The Vic, The International, The Empire, Palm Beach and The Fox.

I apologise - I thought there was also London in thread title/OP. Clearly I was wrong and unhelpful.
