There are many poker players guilty of theft, of varying sizes and w/ varying levels of malicious intent and scumminess. Of these, Russ H and Chino prob the worst offenders.

There are only a couple I can think of who've murdered people tho: the 2p2er who got arrested for murdering a prostitute in Thailand, and the Johan Van Der Sloot serial killer guy

Also owners of lock, eurolinx, goalwin/muchos, and every other pyramid-scheme operated site that went bust and robbed people of $ are pretty terrible
