Hate to beat on same drum but...

in a list of all top pros to hate on for any reason, Phil doesn't even crack Top 100

In a list Hollywood types to hate on Jennifer doesn't even crack top 500.

So overall thread is really dumb

Th thread isn't about hating on them, just a few morons that are posting in it.

I've been to Tucson quite a few times, take the kids to the desert museum, air show, caving, once to the reptile show at the Expo, we always drive around, eat downtown and I just don't get it.

There are so many more things to do in Phoenix. Downtown Tucson seems to be the university and not much else, it's kind of industrial. Maybe I'm missing out on the best areas.

My father in law moved back down from Oregon to live in Tucson, spent a weekend there and then changed his mind and moved outside of Phoenix.

I've seen them at the WSOP. Seem like nice folks.

"Man plays poker tournament"

whoa

Turns out the dealer must have been talking about Chainsaw. Yawn.

Re: Tucson vs. Phoenix
I've lived in both places. IMO Phoenix has no identity. Phoenix is trying too hard to be LA. Tucson is happy to be Tucson.

What is with the personification of cities in this thread? How does one city try to be like another? And what identity does Tucson have? There is not a single remarkable thing about that place that I can think of.

Also, I played this tournament and did not see Laak.

Like I said, it must have been Alan "Chainsaw" Kessler and not Phil "Unibomber" Laak that the dealer was talking about.

And I didn't say Tucson being happy to be Tucson was a good thing.
