Oh good. This should settle once and for all who the best player is.

I don't know about that- I'm sure there are other better PLO players at this point BUT....it will be good content nonetheless haha

So who are the best PLO players in the world right now? I watch coin poker and the nosebleed PLO they play but I don't really know how good any of them are.

I think omaha4rollz is supposedly one of the best right now, Laszlo Bujtas.

ActionFreak who is also I guess challenging Phil Galfond in PLO

EEE27?

BERRI SWEET?

VeniVidi1993 who is currently beating Phil Galfond, or was. Grazvis1 who is a HU PLO crusher.

I'm just curious to hear a list by someone who knows, and possibly what their names are.

feedback loop takes too long in poker to ever identify ONE best player at any point in time, we can identify easily who is running the hottest at any given point and also guess a bunch of players to be among the very bests but not much more than that

either way, 2 legends going at it, should be fun to watch

The current best player in the world is whichever top 20 crusher is currently running the hottest

Pg made me laugh today.

“Now is a good time to rob jungle man since he is moving locations so he can stream”. Doesn’t sound funny as I type it but coming from Phil it was at the time

^ Yea that was funny haha. I really hope Phil just focuses on the match and ignores chat. I have to give Jungle credit- I didn't know he was so versed at HU PLO

Phil reviewed the major hands from Day 3 in the video above. In the last minute he said he was done about 35K today, and 75-80K over the first 2000 hands or so. Not sure when they plan to play next.

Looks like they want to grow a YouTube Audience, but both doing a really poor job of promoting it.

I really like the way he breaks down hands and explains things in a way that is easy to follow and understand. It is always great getting insight into his thought process during hands that he is putting maximum effort into winning as opposed to just talking about and breaking down other people's PLO hands. Good stuff.

Is this post really 2023? Phil already crushed actionfreak and venividi easily.

EEE27 = Eelis Pärssinen is interesting pick, he was mentioned by Fiilismies to be one of the best players. But at the moment it is obvious that every single guy is underdog against Phil.

Take a moment to think how Phil Galfond was the old school pro who should be total donk by modern standards, but actually is beating every single modern reg. It actually blows my mind. Phil is the greatest human of all time, possibly the biggest genius ever to live on earth.
