Well a quick search on Twitter/rotogrinders will tell you nearly all the dfs thought leaders are of the "nda or legal action still pending" school of thought

Money was confiscated because he deposited to both accounts from the same account so they decided it was just him playing.

The money is was apparently trickled down, that’s at least what they said

Is this one of the only pics she ever shared, and her Poker Stars bio photo?

These look like the same person

Do you have a source on the deposit thing? I hadn't heard that and just Google searched and came up dry.

This was in an article on ESPN.com about a week ago,

In August, DraftKings temporarily restricted Jade's new account, citing a "shared payment method with another DraftKings account," and requested additional documentation. According to emails reviewed by ESPN, the Tolberts complied with the requests, received confirmation from DraftKings that their information had been verified, and Jade began playing regularly.

The Tolberts, who met on the spinoff "Bachelor in Paradise," played on DraftKings openly throughout the season, never with much success or scrutiny other than from an occasional fan on social media. According to contest data provided by a third party and verified by ESPN, the Tolberts were down nearly $62,000 on their football entries at DraftKings this season before wild-card weekend.

obv they didnt have the same team, that's the whole idea. They just did it in the dumbest way possible where they actually split up their QB exposure (the husband played Brees, Wilson and Wenz and 'she' used Allen, Watson and Tannehill). If they just split up the lineups randomly between the two accounts it would have been much harder to prove.

That and they had a very long paper trail of statements from her how she hated fantasy sports and thought they were dumb and how Tanner was the one to do fantasy sports

Best part is all of this happened because their friend who was a fellow bachelor contestant and now works as a DFS tout was so excited he drew attention to it and made a video about how excited he was his buddy Tanner won etc etc, had he not said a word it's possible this would have gone unnoticed

BUMP

For no reason at all, Peachymer came to mind tonight, so I quickly took some old info I had from a decade ago and took a quick shot at identifying her.

I believe I hit paydirt, and now know her actual name. It's not Mer Brit, as you might have guessed.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find much more from my preliminary searching of that name. From what I can see, she was telling the truth about her age. The name also has no Hendonmob results, and I've never heard of that name in the poker community -- then or now.

This supports my original theory that she was just a no-name Georgia chick in her mid-20s who invented an identity much more interesting than her real life, and befriended a lot of the online poker cool kids of the mid-2000s. I should mention once again that, despite having the opportunity to scam hundreds of thousands of dollars from these guys, she never did. Furthermore, from what I can see, she doesn't appear to be rich. She just wasn't deceiving people for money, but rather for attention/friendship.

I'm not going to post the name here because it's been over 10 years, and she has long left the poker community, so I'm going to let those sleeping dogs lie.

It's good to know that we don't know about whether or not he knows what he's claiming to know.

I also found his update really helpful.
