i think scott was trying to get max value from the hand range alec had Jx, when alec shoves his range is mostly set's, its a super tough spott then. he expected alec to flat call and check call down, u just dont expect alce to re raise a J there for an extra moneys 70Keuro 100usd

lol #1, Laak folding the winner in a €60k pot and not giving a ****.

lol #2, Torelli.

Right, also Siever folding KK in that pot = major lol. Especially after all the praise they gave him in the booth, "the sharpest mind in poker atm LOL!".

Maybe there was a huge straddle or something. But I kinda missed it, and they said he limped. I dont trust the guys in the booth too much though. It might have been raise $800, 3-bet $4k. Anyways)

Flop is J24r, Torelli check, Seiver bet like $3,5k. Torellis raise to $10,5k, seiver to $22,5k, Torelli all-in, Seiver tanks and folds like ~25k behind. (Dont know exactly what he had behind. around $20k-$30k)

tony shouldnt tell him he should pay.

he isn't obliged to pay anything. paying anything at all would be a very nice gesture, but that's another thing.

edit: tony is probably just joking/ribbing tho

edit2: talking about moseley, not the side bet just to clarify.

So it was for information then? That's bad, as I'm sure you know it. In this kind of a game you cant put it past someone that they overplay AJ, maybe sneaky ***** with QQ or whatever.

No need to give any money back, the possibility of mucking the winning hand is part of the game, it's a small risk you choose to take every time you don't show. It's just as much a gamble as any other part of the game is.

Yeah, that is not cool from Tony. Putting Moseley on a bad spot there. I dont think Laak needs the money that much. Probably humiliated by the mistake and it wont change even if he gets the money back.

first it was for value then he felt he was beat, and i think scott had like 65K+ to call off , not 20,30k, obv he can fold wit 20 k left behind

Wow I feel bad for Laak, bad mistake but very possible when you have been playing for that long. He clearly does not deserve any money back tho.

Sievers play seems pretty suspect but I didn't watch it.

Edit: good fold there by Phil.

Yes betting for information is bad. But everyone does it on a J x x flop with AJ/KJ. If you say Seiver was bad for playing KK like that, what do you say about torreli's hand?

I think we should call it a merge raise otf, what do you guys think?

Pretty awesome fold by Laak there. It's pretty sick that he's not tilted out of him mind from the A6 hand and is still making correct decisions. He deserves a ton of respect after this performance.
