Unfortunately, you missed the point of my post.
The premise that we would have nationwide online poker in US had Full Tilt been as well run as Stars is palpably false. The government blocked access to both in US and Stars has received no preferential treatment afterwards.
In my original post I indicated Stars was properly run.
