All good for me, I only had a small amount, I was able to change my password fine. Does not look like the Mid year bonus has been credited yet (assuming it was going to be, I can't remember?)
i just tried to change email, but they aint sending me the verification code!!!! anyone know if this wil come? or do i have to wait 6 days
first thing i did was changing my email because i didnt recieve any of the emails the lucky majority of the posters were able to read. Now I also didnt recieve the validation email to the new adress and cant do anythig in the client. All the time the validate your email pop up appears.
this has probably been asked a bunch before but is there really no way that US players that have relocated (and regained access to stars) cant have some kind of temp account to play on while the DOJ sorts us out?
Still haven't received a reply on my question to support about accessing my account due to not knowing the first 12 digits of one of my old cards. Over 90 minutes since I sent it.
Was asked to type in the digits of my old visa.. didn't remember the digits, so I tried the lost password.. haven't received the lost password email from them. Manually sent an email to support... and now I am waiting.
And there my lost pw email finally came, but I still have to post my old f***ing visa card number which I can't remember.. Tilting kind of bad now.
Yeah you are right i mean how inconsiderate of him to type out that long post and not answer EVERYTHING. I mean it's only the first day of re-launch but i am sure he has nothing better to do than listen to whiny little girls like you wanting to know every little detail 20 minutes ago if not sooner.
FFS dude cop on and try emailing support to answer questions (customer support the hint is in their job title). Oh and please don't come crying when you haven't received a reply from them in 10 minutes time.

I said he should answer important login/security questions, not every little detail. He is after all now payed by Stars so he could have copied their much more successful customer approach and be active in threads when they are hot.

i thought the same at first, took about 10 mins to come into my email and was in the junk/spam section
