Does anyone have an answer to this question? It appears that Nick has once again proven to be a dishonest, money hungry thief. Perhaps I'm wrong. Doubt it.

Really sucks and noone deserves to get scammed, but a quick search of Nick Rainey or MI_turtle would have shown that he was a pretty big risk. Hopefully he just had some problem and everyone will be paid back shortly.

Nick Rainey is the M. Night Shyamalan of poker, people just giving him chance after chance after chance to disappoint them, and he never fails to do so.

Oh yeah and mods letting him come back on after being banned several times, in order to GET MONEY from people, is simply astouding. It'd be one thing if he was let back on to discuss sports or something, but soliciting money, wow.

Therein lies some responsibility in the individual to do a little due diligence before they make an inherently trust-based transaction but the focusing the anger on the mods is the direction where this thread should be heading imo
