Online poker has been put in this law in the whole "gambling" package but none of lawmakers is aware or care about poker, so they might as well not offer poker at all and nothing will happen.
Online poker players are the very big losers in this new law and nothing should change because we are too few in Switzerland being "serious" about this game so even with solid arguments, politicians wouldn't hear/understand one bit.
With this new law, swiss casinos make more money, corrupted swiss polititard elite make more money, normal swiss citizens won't see any cent of it and players can go f*** themselves... good job democracy, once again !
