To be honest Durrrr doesn't owe any of you a single penny.... He earned his money per his contract for FTP... He was paid to represent FTP which he did, so how in GOD'S name does he owe any of your haters a dime?

To be fair I think what is the most interesting fact to come from Tom Dwans posts is the fact how far out of the loop he was in virtually everything.

If nothing else it should be warning to others not to make business arrangements with people who wont share anything with you.
(that alone suggests they have an alterior motive to keep you out of the loop)

You are comparing an apparel company with a gaming company operating in grey legal areas.

I would think a reasonable person would want to know more details about the workings of the latter company.

As for Nike using a celebrity/Athletes likeness , I am guessing its a far more detailed and protecting contract than Tom Dwan ever signed.

These Dwan shouldn't play and Dwan owes money comments seem insane to me. Did any of you guys think employees on worldcom or enron should pay stockholders when the companies books were proven to be a fraud? I would guarantee non of you did. He was not a boss, he was a superstar young poker player that the powers of full tilt brought on board. Of anyone thinks they would give the new rising star any power, influence, or access then they don't know how big business works. Ferguson having secret accounts squirreling money away is even more evidence that the bosses were the bosses and the staff were the staff.

Finally Dwan making a bold statement about kicking in a million dollars if FT screwed the players shows he had no clue what was going down, and I am sure if he ends up paying that one million he won't be happy.

Thinking Dwan is responsible for full tilt deposit issues is akin to saying kiefer Sutherland, since he is paid to do their television commercials, is financially responsible for the bank of America bailout money.

For what reason would Howard/Ferguson/Bitar expose to anyone except to those in which it was absolutely necessary to do so the exact financial situation and actions that were being taken with the company?
