neverbeg? neverbeg?

Anyone know about this site? I've always hated the **** out of it! I could never understand how being a begger was ok as long as you were a regular, and how it was so regulated. But anyone else and it was unaccepted.

Was like a bizaro world. Always kinda freaked me out.

Anyone else have feelings on this matter?

It's funny that you say that. I was on neverbeg for a few months, trying to build a reputation, through playing small stake MTTs and SnGs. I gave some stakes out to various players, all of which failed. One day I got banned for "staking a person with a multiple account" I had no idea that the person had more than one account, nor even that I had staked his other account that he had. . .

Neverbeg, now Part Time Poker Staking, is more cliqueish than a group of HS girls, so in short, I agree with your analysis about them showing "favorites"

The "best players" on that site I have as marginal losers in nl cash over a large sample.

why do people need to get continually staked

wouldn't you stop after the first or second time

It's an online halfway house.

Which "best players" are you talking about? I thought most everybody on that site was a tourney donk first and foremost

Why do you think they need donkament staking?

I joined there eight months ago and it's been nothing but great. Why would I need staking. Well I don't for my normal games but I get do things like play lots of the bigger buyin tourneys I would skip because I'm a total bankroll nit on a stake and that works out better for me. I've played for a living for 3 years + and it's a great resource for me. I got to play four wsop events over the summer that I would never have bought into if not for ptp. It's great for stuff like FTOPS/WCOOP because I don't have to worry that if I run bad I may drop 10k in buyins. Having shipped back well more than that to investors over the course of my time there it won't be the end of the world for me or them.

Most of the players there are being staked for tournaments because it's easy to track them and harder to track cash games. Players who've been around for awhile can sell out cash game action but newer players pretty much can't. I think a lot of the players there do well (me included ) in cash games but it's certainly more tourney/sng centric.

I think at first it was kind of a podunk operation but at the moment there is over $1000000 staked out through the site and plenty of very very good players selling a good deal of their action, which makes it great for being able to stake out a good amount and make some money too.

I was always under the impression that the good players on the site only staked others for the most part. I have an account there that I dont use... I think Ive staked a couple micro grinders like twice maybe 8-10 months ago(the last time I visited the site)

The "good" players on that site that I know of that post regularly are Mattster24 and Mossified84.... Im sure theres more though.

I have very limited experience with the site... but all in all Im sure theres some good horses to invest in there... But obv alot of degens/scammers... although the site does seem to have good rules in place to try its best to prevent/limit scams.

Yeah there are ample numbers of solid winning players to invest in. Just in the last six weeks we've had three 150K+ scores (all live) from some really excellent players. There is absolutely the dodgy element but it's pretty easy to stay away from by only investing in established horses. There will still be some surprise rollings here or there but on the whole it's a very +ev situation for both investors and horses if they go about their business smartly.

In the last six months the disreputable section of the site has shrunk and the professional, profitable section has increased exponentially.
