You could argue that he needs to be afforded the strength to pay his victims back and then he can go on to suffer.

He seems to have really changed, Justin I wish you all the best! Also, no strength = no repayment to victims. So I hope he does stay strong so the uncertainty for victims will end as well. Keep your head up!

JA doesn't respond back during pages of threads asking him questions, but responds literally an hour later after Ian's name, picture, and info get placed in the thread. Whether JA is actually Ian or JA truly doesn't want Ian's name to be slandered, it's pretty obvious that JA is watching this thread closely, and only picking and choosing the posts that he wants to answer to/respond to.

This. If you really want to help people get their money back like you say you do, this will at least help confirm that you are the same guy that was in the picture you posted previously in this thread. If you don't want to help people get their money back, then I'm sure you'll ignore this posts (along with the countless other posts in this thread that had asked you something directly)

This. Especially after:

I think a previous poster hit it right on the head, in that someone who worked with Justin to commit these crimes is actually doing the posting. How would you explain someone knowing all the scams, and then posting and admitting to all the details, basically making the police's felony case for them? I think Ian's looking for payback for whatever reason, and decided to bury Justin with the info that he had on him. Why else would "Justin" be so quick to defend Ian after not posting here after dozens of questions from others? The picture is getting a little clearer now....

I don't know this forum well, but I'm surprised that this is allowed to continue without some sort of confirmation that the OP is who he says he is, unless the mods have received some confirmation and not made it public.

Identity confirmation should be the bare minimum, and perhaps proof of honesty would also be required, since otherwise this is all just a slap in the face to the victims, having their names appear in the OP, which would amount to rubbing their noses in their own misfortune, if the OP is just playing games.

I find this whole thread very questionable, considering it wouldn't take much effort to confirm any of this.

That's really explained in the first post. If his accomplice(s) also find an invisible man in the sky then they can come forward as well. It isn't his place to bestow hardship on others because of his mistakes or something.

One thing's for sure, no matter bad NVG is at some things it's good at uncovering the truth. If JA is indeed Ian or whoever I have faith that it will be exposed in this thread at some stage.

Would be very evil genius to invent someone to take the fall for your crimes while you possibly scout for more victims.

Virtual identities can be faked ... even open checking accounts etc without ever physically presenting any verified documentation ... right?

Just seems too convenient that his employment is off the grid... he refuses to confirm identity with stamped photo (which is why he may feign ignorance to positing photos so posting addition self-incriminating photos would be 'too hard')

Smells too fishy... Doesn't prove this is fake but he has not been very honest and in some instances slightly hostile in weird spots

I would be careful about connecting these posts to loosely. Especially since several 2p2 accounts had been compromised during those scams.

The MrPadawan account looks like one of them.

Most plausible theory I've seen itt so far.

The whole gone for pages and suddenly answering to a post minutes after Ian's name was mentioned was extremely suspicious, I remember thinking the same.

That is a possibility. I have read your previous posts on the compromised accounts.

It is possible that the forum has IP address logs that would resolve issues like this.

He posted a picture confirmed to be taken when it was said. Being held hostage and/or mimicking a person who has lost their mind is pretty absurd compared to what I've jumped to.

Maybe picture is taken from a picture.
OP not having enough computer skills to post a pic in 2+2 gave him up being other person and Ian photo-episode being good 2nd clue.
God crap also sounds made up to me.

Any scam victim trying to contact real Justin via facebook or phone or something?
