"I was pot committed, i had to call..."

This is usually said by players who suck horribly at math and think that just because they have 80$ invested in the pot that they have to call another 220$ with a gutshot,

One time I c/r the river on an AKT56 board with 3 clubs after I rivered a flush and got called for a pot size shove by a woman with that justification.

I always love how people will after a hand say what their mucked cards were but will slightly lie bout one of their cards, like their kicker.

So if the board is xxxxx and someone folds k9, they might say that they were holding k10 or k8

see this on t.v. alot, lol

I was watching Tony G on some tv poker show.

The flop was monotone clubs.

G bets and some other guy (DevilFish?) calls.

The other guy asks G if he has a club.

G replies that yes he has the 5c.

The 5c comes on the turn.

Laughter ensues.
