They could actually lose a casino license or be put on probation with fines. GC does not play around.

Postle is going to go into hiding now, If he is cheating he will go on a losing streak. All the players should sit out till they know the truth. Postle is Worm, has no judgment. He make it look very suspect.

There are times where Justin is standing at or near the table while Mike is superusing during that hand. I strongly believe Justin is in on it but I think there is either someone else in on it or Justin somehow relayed the cards preflop and walked to the table quite quickly. Does anyone know if there is a door near the table for employees to walk in and out of a few feet away to make this possible? It's also possible that during these occurrences they were still using phones and texting or whatever they did so texting Mike once and walking to the table afterwards was more than enough.

I went to Doug Johnson's feed and didn't see anything. My bad.

Also, this is a 2p2 thread where people have lengthy Morse Code arguments. A photoshopped image is far from "crazy"

If guilty, he is likely to split. There may be people ahead of regulators and L.E. that will look to sentence him for his misdoing.

In the 3 that I have seen Justin commentate,

1.Mike wins $5k. Buys in $1k cashes out $6k i did not watch whole thing just skimmed thru.

2. $550 SnG he comes in 2nd, Carlos Welch accused him of cheating in that one.

3. In this one he pulls a huge bluff w/ air . I am not 100% sure that 1 and 3 aren't the same stream I have watched several https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_c...&v=t59ddLJv6mo

I agree, you guys are making this way more complicated than it is. He either has access to the live feed on his phone and is seeing the hole cards(not as likely because someone would spot this) via video on his phone or someone in the back room is seeing the live feed and relaying the hole cards to him via his phone. You can clearly see him looking into his lap when he's figuring out what to do. It could be something as simple as someone sending him texts what the hole cards are or them telling him what do.

All they would have to do is send him a text saying "raise all in guy has 9 high and will fold" he sees that text and raises all in on the river. If they're on a laptop in the backroom they could be using an app on the computer to send him this info.

Or if he's heads up against someone. Whoever is relaying the info would just have to send a message with opponents hole cards then he reacts accordingly.

Hell if he's on discord with the accomplice they can communicate instantly with no delay via phone.

It is so undeniable at this point that people have no problem just saying he is was cheating.

re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

Of course, this is said on every scam thread, but I reckon this one has potential for people to go and take justice into their own hands with Mike and Justin.

To steal money in such a way, with cameras streaming it to the world and then laugh at you in your face.

Also in these types of games, people get friendly outside of the casino. I wonder how many of the regs in this game went to dinner with Mike, maybe invited him to their home etc.

What would you say to Mike Postle if he showed up to your local casino?

For 1. I he rebought for 1.3k in that stream so was in for 3k. He won a 2k pot at the end where he made a boat and a guy triple barrel bluffed into him playing Pinapple. He was legitimately pained calling it off on the river because he had a baby boat and his opponents line was super strong. Had he lost that hand he’d have been down that session. The plays were legitimate he was simply just up that day. I’d been watching Justin text in the booth and I could only see three specific times but non of these correlated with any particular superusing at the time or when rewinding to account for the delay between Justin time and stream time. I’m pretty certain Mike was not superusing when Justin was commentating.

If I recognized Mike or Justin at any room I played in, I would make sure to alert the floor and all the local regs. And I would make it clear that if they don't give them lifetime bans, I will never play there again. Doug Polk made an important point in his stream - poker is already a game of small edges, it's already a game with lots of related expenses like rake/tips/travel. If you decide that it's ok to tolerate any form of cheaters you are a damn fool and I would much rather never play a hand again than go to a cardroom that thinks it's ok to tolerate cheaters in their games.

re: Mike Postle cheating allegations (FAQ in first post)

Poker players, in particular those of you who still care about your community - please, do NOT let Stones run the only investigation here. As stated, they are putting a lawyer who defends criminals and fraudsters for a living in charge of their own internal investigation. I already posted the phone number and department required to speak with, in order to have an official law enforcement/gambling comission enforcement bureau investigation initiated. I'd do it myself but I'm a: not American, and b: don't have more than a passing interest in watching poker.

Somebody needs to either start the investigation process by being the one to register and official complaint, or, ensure that this has already begun. I say this because Stones obviously has a pretty poor record of self investigation already (not having even spoken to Postle in the first one, that or he and Justin are both lying about that, which is worse IMO), and has already showed a lassez faire attitude with the Twitter graphic and many of their posts/Tweets already. Do NOT let them/Postle/everyone involved/etc skate on this.

Joey, whoever -
1 916 830 1700. and ask to get transferred to the enforcement bureau and complaints division.

Case against Mike is solid. Justin could be a part of it or not, only "proof" is Mike didn't win when Justin wasn't there.

So no one else missed on same days as Justin?

A lot of floor, dealers, players etc.. take off and go to the WSOP in June.

Here is a theory, Mr. X is the inside person, he works the graphics or something to do with live feed, when Justin is off , Mr. X has different duties and can not work live feed, so he can not give info to Mike.

That's just speculation, but I darn sure don't think people should be suggesting vigilante Justice because Justin took off and Mike didn't win.

If Justin is in on this, he should NEVER take a day off when Mike wants to play.

I feel this is very likely a 3 man operation, and wouldn't necessarily assume that it's not Justin who's the ringleader of this charade. He should have been fired yesterday.
