Justin is watching the live stream in his role as "Director of the Live Stream". I assume he has an office in the building, but he can send those live pictures to Mike's phone or he can
speak to him remotely, if Mike wears a bone-conducting headset. To all intents and purposes, wearing a bone conductor just above your ear is like wearing in-ear headphones. It's just easier to conceal. You can hear music or speech through the skull bones above your ears.
The commentators only add their voiceovers when the "live recording" is uploaded to twitch 30 minutes after Justin has seen it and shared his observations with Mike.
