Manny Pacquio playing 100-200 NL @CommerceCasino! Just watched him win a $35,000 pot.
I've seen Pacquiao walk into Commerce before, greeted like a god by all, and one of his fights that I watched there (on TV) had an atmosphere like it was live. Yes, many Filipinos at Commerce

Anyone played with him before? Is he any good?

Here's hoping the Mayweather fight happens and Roid-Floyd gets his ass kicked.

You really think the fight won't happen eventually? I know it won't be in March but there's too much money involved to not have the fight.

But what I really wanted to know is how good he is at poker...

The fight is meant to take place later this year.

Roid Floyd lol. He's the one who was insistent upon super strict drug testing and Manny was the one who wouldn't comply; you should be able to draw your own conclusions from that.

Manny might be juicing but who knows really??? You have to understand that Manny and Floyd are both superstars now and think they are the "A" side to this fight. If you were Manny would you JUMP at the chance to comply to Floyd's request just because Floyd SAID so. Why should Manny be tested any more or less than any other boxer over the last few years???

That being said drug testing should be better regulated in boxing...blood testing a month out from fight is a joke.

Mayweather's handlers did not want to fight Pacquio now.
They kept changing their demands for pre-fight/fight testing, and
changing the money split from the ppv.
If Mayweather wins a couple of more fights, then the fight will happen.

Too bad if it doesn;t happen, an intriguing match up.

Yes, perhaps later this year. In the meantime Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey is 100% on barring any injuries.

Pacman got all of his demands agreed to (smaller gloves, small ring, 10mil penalty PER lb floyd comes in over 147) and floyd just wanted random tests that both of them have to take if I recall correctly. If floyd and shane mosley agree to a fight, mosley (someone who has taken PEDs in the past) will agree to random tests, so why won't manny?

Manny has agreed from what I've read. Anyway, Floyd could be on steroids. Like Manny, Mayweather was 106 lbs. when he was 16 but during the De La Hoya fight he weighed 157 lbs. Pacquiao has never weighed more than 145 despite being only 2 inches shorter than Floyd.

Regarding Mosley. He does not have any bargaining power against Floyd and would just accept any demand. Manny is at least as big as draw as Floyd and therefore does not have to give in to his demands.

Floyd Mayweather has a bigger chance of using drugs as his father is an ex-convict criminal drug trafficker.

I'm sure all this stuff (and more) can be discussed in the thread in Sporting Events:
