from what i hear those tests have a margin of error of up to 5% in some cases so anything better than 20 to 1 should be a snap call even if your positive daniel is a virgin. any additional chance of him banging dudes/lieberts is just freroll equity.

yeah, I'm surprised DN would make such a lousy bet. This is def +EV for the 10k side. Not only margin of error, but DN's random physical and mental state could sway the test. Not to mention the ease of fixing this bet. Find the 5 most respected polygraph experts on the west coast, call them all, and let them know if DN calls them to administer a test, there is 250K in it for them if they throw it. It's a lock.

To be fair, the OP never said anything different. He just said that she said she got you back to her house one night, but you were too shy to make the move.

I was resisting making this post, but after speaking to Kathy I've decided that a truthful account of what happened that night is in order to preserve her integrity.

Kathy attended and played the Heartland Poker Tour Charity Event at my request. I'm very good friends with Greg Lang/co-owner of the HPT, and I suggested he invite her. Kathy contributes as much of her time or more than any other poker pro out there to these charity events. When she made the final table of the charity event, she tried without success to get the remaining - 3 or 4 players to chop half to the charity and even for the rest. When the remaining players refused, she donated her winnings to charity.
To continue support for HPT, Kathy and I played with several other pros, in the main event. The person who posted in this thread that Kathy checked on her DAD...was none other than Tom McEvoy. Proof enough that you posters have nothing of truth going on here. When Kathy went out of the tournament she headed to the tables, I went out soon after. When I approached the table Kathy was playing at, she had left the table and was grabbing something to eat. There were only 6 other players at the table. I asked the guys where she was, and they didnt know, there were no remarks, no smirks, only one comment that Kathy had taken all their money, which was evident of the huge stack she had in the relatively short time she was there. I met her outside the poker room and we left. Kathy is NOT gay, I'm NOT gay and yes, we are friends, just as Kathy is friends with Daniel. IF the OP was there, he will be able to describe me, lets see if thats possible.
Kathy and Daniel have been friends for many, many years. Its a shame when friends drift but busy schedules and different directions in life sometimes interfere with friendships. The fact that they recently had a fun trist on camera only proves that they have a trusting and lasting friendship even if they dont socialize as much as they would like too.
Many of you here have been long supporters of Kathy and Daniel and have been very gracious in your comments. Those who look for weakness and insult players who have reached the very pinacles in poker that you are trying to reach yourselves are nothing short of pathetic. When you've reached $5M in life earnings, you can throw anything concerning poker achievements you want, and see if anything sticks to the wall.
As for Kathy's personal life, I wont give you idiots any room for speculation. Her life is hers and there's nothing there for any of you. If you want a piece of her, put your money on the felt and let the cards fly. I'll take a piece of the action that none of you will last on the felt or anywhere else for that matter.
Gossip is very damaging to people personally, financially, socially and professionally. Those of you flinging insults and innuendo without proof of facts are contiributing to nothing short of slander. Shame on all of you. Daniel has himself posted the truth but yet you all doubt the truth from the horses mouth....there is no hope for this forum.
Neither Daniel or Kathy have read my post or know what I am posting. But if you doubt the legitimacy of this post, tell it to someone who cares......
