I work with sales, we have a guy that sell 3-4 x more that the rest. But he sucks with money, buying expensive cars, investing in bad business and just spewing in general. I once said to our boss "wow.. think if he just calmed down and got smart with money, he would be a freaking millionaire" My boss replied "its that crazy mind with arms and legs all over that makes him the top seller, if he calmed down he wouldnt sell more than the rest of you"

I believe this is also apply for Isildur, if he calmed down and tried to think smart he would lose that x factor and creativity that makes him one of the best.
