Matter of fact, it's worth almost nothing. You get paid for playing online and a small amount over what anyone would get for wearing FT gear on TV at a final table. Obv the bigger names get more, but John's deal wasn't spectacular.
I know what these deals are worth and, imo, it's quite a bit more than "almost nothing." I was told that Jonathan got a higher-than-standard hourly rate, and, anyway, it's totally irrelevant to the subject at hand. Little knew what the deal is "worth" to him when he took it and decided to buck the system for more profit, anyway. The fact that he did it so obviously and so early in his career with FTP reflects a severely limited mentality.
In any case, I have very little sympathy for life nits who run insanely hot in tournaments, sock-away millions of dollars, and are still so relentlessly greedy and shortsighted that they cheat their employees for extra rakeback.
