JNandez Leaving UpSwing And Kicked Out of Upswing FB Group By Doug Polk JNandez Leaving UpSwing And Kicked Out of Upswing FB Group By Doug Polk

And this after tons of advertising by UpSwing using his name and picture on 2+2 as well. What's gonna happen with the UpSwing customers that payed because of his involvement? Doesn't look good from both sides!

this same thread already got posted and deleted (?), not sure why
01-07-2018 , 01:55 PM
We're not allowed to talk about this, pretty lame, but hey can't bad mouth the sponsors.
01-07-2018 , 01:56 PM
Upswing advertises here pretty prominently.

RIP any bad news for sponsors.

That would be lame indeed. Also they can expect this topic to keep coming up as how was I or someone else supposed to know there was a thread already

Just noticed they still do. Weird that 2+2 does apparently bother to delete the thread but not the advertising.

so, you think Fernando would be the female in this relationship?
01-07-2018 , 02:33 PM
Someone had to be the girl and I like Doug a lot so.....

Jnandez is coming off mad shady in this whole ordeal IMO

I read elsewhere Doug had the contract made and it included an opt-out for both parties up until 90 days which Fernando used. How is Fernando shady when he uses an option Doug introduced all by himself?

Imo Doug is shady for selling longtime UpSwing memberships using Fernando's image when he knows Fernando can opt out so quick.

Doug didn't know it was in the contract. When they discussed terms Doug had 12-18 months in the contract. Somehow the lawyer used put that 90 days clause in and Doug didn't find out until Fernando told him he was leaving.

So you're saying Doug had the contract made but didn't know such a crucial element was in it? That's either untrue or incompetent.

Jnandez cheated on Doug Polk so now he's in full on scorn mode.

Curious who deleted original thread. Also saying ugly things for someone you worked with

since yesterday is kinda bad from both sides. Can`t wait to see

who will be new Upswing coach.
01-07-2018 , 03:11 PM
it's kind of a scummy move, but then again did Doug hire him because of his kind heart or because he knew he could make him more money? and now Jnandez obv thought he got paid too little and decided to quit... money makes the world go 'round and 'round. I can't really pick a side here.

Unless the thread is just stupid nonsense, mods should close threads (end ability to post), with a final post explaining why the thread is being closed. Just deleting a legitimate nvg thread without any explanation to the user base is poor moderation.

I'd say Jnandez played by the rules Doug drafted.

When you go to highstakesdb there is a photo of Luke Schwartz winning a MTT next to this one. Made me laugh.

Correct, don't think there's even another logical interpretation to this.

Yeah...I think if I were Doug I would have left that out of my public explanation.

How is he going to explain how Nandez left if he doesn't out and say that?

His lawyer ****ed up, and Nandez took advantage of it. I'd still agree with Doug in that Nandez violated the spirit of the agreement, even if his actions are legally correct.

Perhaps if we stay civil, this thread could stay up.
