How to capture Stars hand histories:

On the Stars table click the "previous hand" link on the top left, which brings up the hand history box. Click the hand you want to post, Ctrl+A to select, Ctrl+C to copy. Bring up the converter tab in your browser, Ctrl+A/Ctrl+V on the left hand box to paste the new hh. Click the "Convert" button. Ctrl+A/Ctrl+C on the right hand box to copy the converted hand, Ctrl+V into the quick reply box on here.

We generally post ~200bb+ pots, but if there's an interesting hand/showdown, or if there's not much action feel free to post smaller ones.

Posting hands

Please use the following options for converting hands:

Preferred by most, supports Pokerstars Run-it-twice feature: http://www.railhand.com
Just paste your hand history, convert, copy generated code and paste in this thread.

New converter from Pokeit https://pokeit.co/convert/ with wide variety of supported games, multiple hand convertion, etc.

Another converter: http://www.handconverter.com.
Set to "Two Plus Two Forums" output, "Use player names" and "Show results". You can convert multiple hand histories at once, but please try to separate them once pasted into your reply for ease of reading (e.g type a between hands).

If you want to post 2-7 TD hands: http://www.feralcowpoker.com.
Set it to "Two Plus Two - textonly" output, and show results and player names.

So they can get in hands they normally wouldn't be able to if they were deep

Because it prints money from bigger effective stacks getting squeezed out of their equity in spots by other bigger stacks. Or rather; it's a disaster for deeper stacks to be deeper when there's a good short stack in there messing around

The edge of it is is basically so big that it's better than covering a deeper fish, unless that fish is REALLY bad or you have immediate position

HSDB has been inaccurate for many years tho?

Listened to a podcast with R4lti who said it can differ several millions in those graphs. I guess he can have meant that it's also inaccurate because of all the cross booking and side bets going on at nosebleed. But no Zoom and I remember that they didn't track 25/50 for a couple of years.

Yeah, normally you don't get to hear that many details about the highest stakes and the bosses that do play there. For example he mentioned that Sauce will pay you x amount of bb/100 in order for Sauce to get HU action. 10/20 can in fact be x-booked to 200/400 with betting on the side etc. Cool if Joey invites him to the podcast.

Some cliffs from the podcast:

R4lti accepted a coaching- and staking offer by GOAT cumicon when he moved up to higher stakes in HUPLO.

Isildur1 considers a move to Malta because of the new gambling laws in Sweden.

He said that Ansky/Supernova was "rotten" even tho he had the same software as Ben, Sauce and Ike. Ansky refused playing him on webcam (R4lti wanted this in case Ben was sitting with him etc) because he "didn't want to give out tells" which R4lti didn't really believe since Ansky has played huge live games on tv. R4lti ended up playing him anyway and won like 10 buy-ins. Got contacted by Trueteller about that match against Ansky. Afterwards it turned out that Trueteller, Chaoren and Bajskorven had bet on R4lti who they didn't know had played every session against Ansky smashed on his vacation in Thailand!

Apparently it's standard among the HS pros to not tell any of the HU opponents beforehand that they've bet on the match, in order to not put pressure on them etc.
