ofc stars didnt sign because they already have jp kelly, liv boeree and vicky coren for the uk market alone! Do you want them to have more pros for a single market?

Stars didnt sign him because he is similar to JP Kelly and doesnt really have that much marketing appeal other than he final tables a lot of mtts. Since they have less rivals now they really dont need to throw money away when no doubt someone else on the same table will ahve a stars logo on them.

grinders who get tilted by pkr... you are dong exactly what they want.... LEAVING.... pkr is a self promoting site for casual players....if you dont like it, tough... they are not going to make it into a harmonious environment for the 10+ table grinder

I might actually have to deposit on this site again, had a quick rail of the final table of their highest BI tournament earlier and I couldn't believe what I was watching, it was like monkeys jamming the keyboard.

Whats PKR like nowadays anyway.

I remember my freeroll days on there is was so cool.Thinking I was great with my cheering after winning a hand.

What is real money like.Soft or hard? Good sized player pools?

It's very soft. I really tried to grind on that site, but I couldn't handle it, and just cashed out within 2 weeks. The software is so slow, no HUD, and the players were too busy ordering virtual pizza and drinking virtual beer and using their tilting laughing emoticon non-stop. And the accents... omg, that scottish accent is so tilting "AIIII RAIZE". Add to the fact every hand take 3-5 minutes.

It's unbearable. Don't even waste your time.

Its a good site for ppl who dont use and dont want to compete with hud users, plus "pkr lite" cuts out all the gimmicks and you can turn multiple windows on so its possible to multi table across different sites so thats def an improvement, the only negatives imo is field sizes and gtd's which makes it hard to get enthusiastic about, am looking forward to the 100k gtd masters on the 1st dec tho.
