Maybe people don't care anymore. I have not seen much support for blocking these guys. I don't think anybody in Las Vegas is willing to go speak at the hearing besides me. I wonder if it happened too long ago.

If I was anywhere close to Vegas I'd be there. I kept it private at the time, but the NGC did contact me in November and I shared plenty of hard info with them, including the Makar tapes and other stuff. As I suspected, it appears to have been a lip-service effort on the part of the NGC. This is all disgraceful.

I've spoken to about a dozen people. This echos a lot of the sentiment. I've been told "You're wasting your time" by many of them. I'm starting to feel like they are right.

I emailed NGC information about how Iovation's iesnare is being used by offshore sites and how that may violate the covered asset provision but never heard back.
