I'm using moneybooker's mastercard and it's pretty much what you want since stars has instant cashout via moneybookers ...

It was perfect.

Then I quit smoking.

I dont understand why players in the US say they have such a hard time cashing out there winnings?? I cash out on FT and UB (dont hate me, sorry the games are still weak on UB) atleast once a week and the money is in my bank account withing 3 business days... What the problem with everyone else? I buy things every week with my poker money!

I haven't applied for one, but Party Poker has a prepaid Mastercard. Basically, you have to transfer from your Party account before making purchases on the card.
