If some of the the nazi hypocrite and corrupted congressmen that want to ban gambling showed this video on congress they would ban online poker forever.

- Proponents of this "shady, criminal enterprise" play everything by the books with statements that are backed by actual facts.

- Opponents of it who preach protection, morality, religion, and family values make up whatever lies they want and pass them off as fact.

They talk about "family values" and connected online gambling with child pornography and 1/3 of young players think about comitting suicide.

So imagine how shocked this moralists will be with this video showing this young kids living in a dump and what lies they might make up this time to back up their allegations.

Guys make an effort to give a good image of online poker in tv and join the fight.

Yeah, the place is very slightly unkempt, Kurosh is a little effeminate, HIV occasionally likes to smoke weed, and Mark has a small amount of gamble in him. I'm glad you guys enjoyed it. I'm going to keep grinding until we can afford a maid.

A great show, hilarious!

I love all of you guys! (Except for Kurosh 'cause that would be ghey.)

I never realized Hizzle was such a giant, however. He looks like a chain-smoking, white, Yao Ming compared to everyone else.

screw the guy that f ck uped newz sweet ride. But for all the guy has been through he still has a sense of humor and seems pretty upbeat. Yeah I'm pretty messy and have lived like that but for the sake of getting some tail get some some bed frames and clean the house a little. It can be messy but that looks unsanitary.

[haven't seen the video yet]

kurosh - If you have gayish lisp and/or mannerism then can't you get IRL friends to point out whatever tendencies you want to get rid of instead of asking about it on the internet?
So many people on here seem to think it's not exactly hard to see yet evidently you never had this knowledge before?

have now seen the video.

kurosh - not nearly as gay as I was expecting him to be. Kind of disappointed I guess. Not a fan of the shirt nor the hairstyle but whatever. He's a tad on the metro-side I guess but I liked his personality on the video more than I was expecting [oh crap....I bet that makes me gay now too].

End scene with Mark towering over the rest of the crew looked weird.

tongii is a natural on the camera. Seemed very comfortable.
Mark waves his arms around a lot. And he's so big I was afraid he was going to knock a couple people over and then perhaps take out a couple of walls too.

Very end of the video was hilariously odd and awkward.

House itself didn't look as bad as I was expecting. Bathrooms especially weren't THAT hideous. Bedrooms are ridiculous though. Buy some furniture and pay a maid.

Also - it's not hard to take your car in to get the window replaced. Some guy smashes the glass in and you don't even bother to fix it? Weird.

Can you explain to me how one would skip youth entirely and go right to being old?

I watched the HSL episode yesterday. Before coming here today, I did not know anything about any of the guys in the episode.

My impressions were that they are young, geeky and dorky. I was left wondering if most successful poker players were uncool like these guys seemed to be ?

I dont think the one guy seemed so much gay as just a nerd. When he said " I dont watch basketball." I was thinking "NO ****." thats obvious."

Since reading what alot of you have said I dont feel like such an ass for saying if this is what I will turn into if I am a very good poker player.. NO THANKS.

Is being good at poker compatible with being cool ??

really it's just a matter of maturity. these are young guys having fun so the house or their image isn't all that important.

When they grow up and become adults they will see things differently. They will treat their HOME with more respect. Just look at Eli, Lee, David O, PHil, etc....all guys who care about their homes and would never allow it to be filmed in a condition like these kids have.

Great episode.

It was a true picture of how a large % of online poker player live. Get a house together, grind a ton, party a ton, and no one likes cleaning or cares if their bed has sheets.
