How will/should GPI weight WPT/Legends "Quantum Reload" tournament ?

How will/should The Global Poker Index weight the WPT/Legends tourney using the "Quantum Reload" Concept ?
As a $3.7k or a $10k ? (or some combination ?)
This tourney will have three day 1 buy in options of $3.7k ea, (where player gets a 30k stack at 50/100 and 60 min levels) and/or a $10k BI on day 2. (where player gets 72k stack at 200/600/1200 and 90min levels)

Probably shouldn't count it since your ROI will differ drastically depending on what you bought in for.
