It has to be something like he either bluff jammed and she called off or raised her big enough where he was getting infinite odds to call off, where he correctly read that she didn't have an ace or better and incorrectly read that meant she would fold ha.

How many day 2 regs will the Main get this year?

Last year, there were 148 late registrants on Day 2abc and 454 late registrants on Day 2d, for a total of 702.


Registration is open through the end of level 7 for both Day 2's. With the field already at 9,337, they're on pace to eclipse 10,000.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's close to a combined 1,000 late registrants for Day's 2abc and 2d.

A note on how good the structure is:

Level 7 is 500/1000/1000. Level 8 is 600/1200/1200. Someone registering at the very end of level 7 will be entering with a 50 bb stack at the start of level 8.

An interesting side note from scrolling through the end of Day 1's chip counts by name...a total of 39 Nguyen's advanced to a Day 2. 13 from Day's 1a, 1b, and 1c and 26 from Day 1d lol.
