basically everything is in the email i wrote to ftp:

i have contacted you people before about your unauthorized withdraws from my account. you have now made another $150 withdraw from my account which i did not authorize. this makes $300 total in money you have taken from me. you can either deposit the money back into my bank account or you can deal with my bank. i have spoken to a rep of yours before and they said they are authorization charges that could be in there for up to a month. well if they are authorization charges then why are they clearing through my account.

i am wondering if this has happend to anyone else?

well the thing is, ftp sends emails once you make a depo and i depo'd last night, checked my account, that depo was there and then a $50 and a $100 charge showed up right after that. i got no emails for the extra $150 charge.

yeah thay take the money form your first depo and make it a bonus you have to clear. So if you deposite say 500$, they'll take out $100, and then you clear the bonus all the way and you get the 100$ back.

They don't take back a hundred. They place the bonus amount in a pending section of your account. It's not subtracted from any initial deposit.

I don't see why FT wouldn't refund you after sending out that professional e-mail.

and why would i need to send out a professional email to them when they put $300 in so called authorization charges to my bank account. you sound like the person that sends letters to a business when you have a complaint.

They are taking your money and there is nothing you can do about it, so post here some more. Might want to try a few other forums also.
