I have the email from them a few months back to do this. When i go to the site and click on file a petition for remission, i see you have to put petition and control number. I have both of these. For the verication, just put last name and put your last name on the answer? Is there a reason why theres 3 choices?

And once i do that and then click logon? Then i assume i would see a page where they ask me to put my bank acct information so i would receive these funds by ACH in the future?

Thank you.
Yes.

I have around five figures locked up and I share your desire to be done with this and to have my money back. OTOH, at this point I'm just glad it will happen and that we'll get our money back.
thank you and others for their efforts, and keeping the community informed.

what daytime/nighttime phone number am i suppose to put in if im currently in canada right now? Do i just use the usa home phone even though i won't be at my home in the usa?

Does my current email address have to be the same as one on file with full tilt or it doesnt matter? Or just make it the same to prevent any problems if any?

Also silly question i know but am i suppose to check the box I'm a non us resident living abroad? At first i was going to not check it but then the phrasing of it has got me a bit confused. Im from the usa and living in canada at the moment.

Thanks.

I waited until just the other day. Not really any news came about in the waiting process that made it worth waiting imo (not that waiting still wasnt the best play), and I definitely dont think anything will develop in the next 7 days, so id submit as soon as possible.

It actually took me two days of dealing with the morons at WF before I got someone to finally understand what I wanted and printed me out a letter detailing that no checks were deposited to my account that matched the amount I had withdrawn that never showed up (it was pre black friday by a few days, I didnt panic withdraw). That and the history from my FTP account and a letter I wrote detailing the issue are all I submitted. So hopefully I get that back, or at the worst the fact I disputed doesnt some how **** more over or delay my payment by like 2 years or some ****.

Drew,

Im in the US right now, so cant help you much. I dont think your phone/email matter much, id just keep it the same if thats possible.

Not sure about that non US resident. I imagine you arent technically considered a Canadian resident unless you got some special VISA, but I really have no clue.

Just call them. You will alleviate some stress then. Here is the number that came in my claim confirmation. If whom you get can't answer, that person can probably direct ya. Good luck! (866) 250-2640

So what happens to the excess? If there is a shortfall we are paid cents on the dollar so how come the inverse is not true (I am assuming any excess funds will not be distributed)?

i brought this issue up several times, and this supposed "poker player's advocacy group" will laugh right in your face. meanwhile, all the most successful lobbying organizations in america are completely ****house unrealistic and inappropriate with their demands concerning their advocacy, and they seem to get their way all the time. so what does that say about the ppa? are they a better lobbying organization for not denying reality and making ridiculous demands? well that's up to you.

Petition confirmation emails don't include petition $ amount. They are just an automated form letter to let you know that your petition submission was received.
