I spoke with someone on the phone a couple days ago. I'm a $2,000.06 dispute that is less than 20% of total balance.

I can't recall exact wording but "Q2" was said. He either said possibly or hopefully by end of Q2 for next batch.

Just to clarify.

I disputed $2500 of a total balance of $10,000. So I was outside of the $2k and 20% rule. My dispute seems to be approved and their email indicates I should be getting my money by April 16.

My dispute was from a Black Friday withdrawal that I never received. I never submitted bank statements from that period showing I never received/deposited the $2500. I had some concerns that I did not provide enough proof of non-payment.

I did download and submit my FTP statements for that time period which showed I requested a $2500 withdrawal. This indicates they are aware that people did not get their BF withdrawals and they should process people in similar situations fairly quickly.

I looked and there is no money in my account today (not that I expected it). Seems I am in a "next wave" category. Although I'm not sure if anyone else has reported the same.

They actual told you April 16? This seems really weird and as far as I know you're the only person reporting something like this. I also disputed $2500 fwiw out of a smaller total balance.

Here is my previous post with an email from them. I believe Joe Tall posted the same thing.

edit: In re-reading their email I guess it can be interpreted that they didn't promise to pay me by then.

If you look up the thread to a post of mine from last week, I copied an email that has a April 16th date as well.

I disputed around 80% of my balance. I made a panic Black Friday withdrawal of $1,000 on a $1,200 balance. It's sad I type the letter B in my phone and it wants to spell Black Friday for me. That sums up these 4 years pretty well.

So then this is pretty big news ? You are the first person with a disputed balance over 20% that's being reviewed?

Who knows. The email said;

Thank you for your email.* The first distribution to disputing petitioners was only for disputing petitioners meeting one of the following established criteria: either (i) a dispute of $500 or less, or (ii) a dispute between $500.01 and $2,000, if the difference between the FTP Account Balance and the disputed amount is 20% or less.* Disputing petitions that do not meet these criteria are still under review and, if properly documented, will be paid in subsequent payment waves. *We anticipate subsequent distributions to disputing petitioners in good standing will occur in the 2nd quarter.

Checked my email and didnt see anything from gcg, but I did see this in my spam folder.

Hi swd805,

A Gold Rush has broken out at the Rush Poker ring game tables, giving you a shot at unearthing up to 1,000,000 Play Chips.

Through Sunday, April 19th, simply play any Rush Poker ring game stake level, game type or variant - including Adrenaline Rush - and you could win prizes instantly.

Good luck in the Gold Rush,

That fact that they haven't updated the main website with the "payments were made today" update yet leaves me hopeful that this is the case.

I did not see an ACH you did, though I do realize that many banks do not show $0.00 ACH's in your transactions.

Has anyone else seen an ACH whom has not been paid yet?

Is there anyone else who has a balance that isn't disputed and is still waiting to receive a check? I had my overseas mailing address listed on the claims site for over a year and was never sent a check like I was supposed to, I had to update my mailing address early last month as I changed residence to which they said:

Quote:
Thank you for your email. Your petition is already updated to reflect your request for a check. The check will be sent to the address on record as shown below. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know.
When I e-mailed them back 2.5 weeks later asking when it would be sent:

Quote:
Thank you for your email. We do not currently have an exact timeline for when subsequent distributions will occur. Please continue to check the administration website at www.fulltiltpokerclaims.com for information regarding future payments to approved Petitioners.
I was under the impression that the check would be sent out ASAP as my balance wasn't disputed and all my correct information had been listed for over a year which means it should have been included in one of the previous distributions afaik...

I just got this response:

Quote:
Dear XXXXXXX,

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, your petition was not paid in the first distribution to disputing petitioners in March. However, we anticipate subsequent distributions to disputing petitioners in good standing will occur in the 2nd quarter.

We understand that the basis of your dispute is concerning a withdrawal you requested from your FTP account in the amount of $950.00, but you never received that payment. In order to further substantiate your Petition, please provide us with a copy of your bank statements during this time period to demonstrate that the funds were never deposited into your account. We will then add this information to your file. You should also provide us with your FTP account history during this time period which you can access by visiting the following website: http://pokerfuse.com/features/in-dep...aimants-21-08/. We will then add this information to your file.

Seems odd to me that they are asking me to provide information I provided years ago, but I'll take the fact that they're responding/asking me for anything at all as a good sign.

This is the response I received when I contacted them in regards to my disputed affiliate claim.

Thank you for your email. We do not currently have an exact timeline for when subsequent distributions will occur after the first distribution to disputing petitioners. We are hoping to make payments in the 2nd quarter. Your petition is still under review, if anything further is needed, we will contact you at this email address.

New update on website, although not a very informative one...

Quote:
On March 31, 2015, GCG issued more than 3,100 payments totaling approximately $2.5 million to Petitioners who either disputed their FTP Account Balance and met specified criteria, as outlined below, or who confirmed their FTP Account Balance and recently cured deficiencies. We have now paid more than 80% of all Petitions filed.

Disputing Petitioners who were paid on March 31 met one of the two criteria approved by the Department of Justice: (i) a dispute of $500 or less, or (ii) a dispute between $500.01 and $2,000, if the difference between the FTP Account Balance and the disputed amount is 20% or less. All other Petitions with disputed amounts are still under review and, if found to be valid, will be paid in upcoming distributions.

Please note that while many Petitioners will receive their ACH on the same day that it was issued, depending on the practices of the Petitioner's bank, the ACH may not be received for several business days.

Reminders for certain Petitioners who were not included in this round of payments:
•If you received a notice that your bank account information is incorrect or incomplete, please update your account information online by April 16.

•If you received a notice because you have a debt qualifying for collection through the Treasury Offset Program, please send your completed Unified Financial Management System Vendor Request Form to GCG by April 23.
