And not like this is a big update but I had called the regular GCG number, idk, like 6 days ago. Was told my question, which was if I was going to be repaid the correct amount on my disputed balance, would have to be answered by a "case specialist", and that one of them would call me in no more than 2 days...derp. Got a call just now from one of them, idk her name she was either very tired or just really did not want to be on the phone with me (was just generally short and didn't have a positive tone of voice), she could see my balance and that then amount I disputed would be repaid, and made it seem like no issue if you disputed the correct amount, like not trying to be greedy and lie basically you're going to get the full balance back.

Also I asked her for a time frame, she said they are targeting the end of this month but are working for a final date and it should not be any later than the first week of April.

I have not received an email, $0 test deposit, or real deposit. Maybe they meant March of next year.

Pretty sad that people would be " thrilled " to get paid about 2 years after the funds were available. Almost all these disputes are very easy to resolve.

I personally feel robbed of the use of a very large sum of money for about 12 months more than any person would consider a reasonable time frame.

Thank you for your email. Your understanding is correct that the distribution expected to occur before the end of March will include disputed petitions. Unfortunately, your petition will not be paid in the first distribution to disputing petitioners in March. However, we anticipate subsequent distributions to disputing petitioners in good standing will occur shortly thereafter.
got that email today fwiw.

also, does anyone know if it's possible to get a bank statement from an account you closed 4 years ago? I have screen shots of the withdraw i submitted the day before bf in the ftp client but never took any of my bank account.

You should be able to, as some loans/mortgages require information going back several years so they have to keep the records. I had the same issue since I closed my account as well after black Friday and had a BF cashout, I tried calling the bank and they said they couldn't do anything for me over the phone. Went into the bank personally and within 5 minutes they printed me a 6 month span between March 2011 and August 2011. I sent the statements in an email to info@fulltiltpokerclaims.com and they emailed me back that they had added the info to my claim and said upon initial review I had provided enough info to support my claim.

Don't think anyone posted this. I just got an email a few mins ago.

I had a panic withdrawal on black friday for ~$2500. Total balance including dispute ~$10,000. They originally wanted to pay me ~ $7500

So it looks like they are starting to pay/process disputed balances since I was outside of the threshold for what others had reported.

I had included my banking info with the original petition which had not changed. They claimed it was not correct or missing. Went to their website and supplied the info again.

We are writing to you because your Petition for Remission in connection with the Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration has been approved, but we need additional information before your payment can be issued.

As part of our normal testing process prior to issuing payments, we learned that the bank account information that you submitted was either incomplete or incorrect. Accordingly, before your ACH can be issued, please return to the online filing site at www.fulltiltpokerclaims.com and, using your logon credentials, please provide updated bank account information (for security purposes the information that you previously provided has been deleted). Please ensure that you are providing complete and accurate account and routing numbers in addition to selecting the correct type of account, checking or savings.

We suggest that you verify your ACH information with your financial institution to ensure that it is complete and accurate. In the event that we do not receive updated information by April 16, 2015, or if the information is determined to be incorrect, a check will be sent to the mailing address that you provided with your Petition.

He had me log back into FTPclaims and resubmit my banking info. I'm BS now. I will call every day and ask where it is until I get it.

Neither. (I think.) My guess is they lost the info (database change, ffs it's been years) or it's a lame excuse for not making the payments by the end of March.

So far we are 2/2 for getting that email/payment to be made end of March.

So this suggests that they are working on waves in parallel now, and plan to send the next one in < 3 weeks?

7:4 I get paid next quarter. I would have put it at 10:1 against a few weeks ago.

Not too much to report here. I had disputed and documented a very small amount of net limbo cashouts well under the thresholds as noted in this thread. Having received no $0.00 test deposit yet, I emailed GCG on Tuesday to confirm that I'd be among this next group.

They wrote back yesterday with this form response, only potentially interesting in that it still says "before end of March 2015", though I would not be shocked if the form response were simply out of date.

Thank you for your email. The Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section has approved the next round of payments. You are included in this group. GCG is currently working with the bank selected by the DOJ to set up the payment process. GCG expects to issue payments via ACH before the end of March 2015 and will post further updates on the payment process as they become available.

The day I submitted my claim, which has to be more than a year ago? It's been a while. Though I'd like to think I double a triple checked it, and still have the account in which my FTP money was being transferred to.

i'm in the same class as you however I still wouldn't be so optimistic as their last website update had a deadline of november 24 and it was 4 months before an update was even posted on their website. I sincerely hope for us that it doesn't take that long. Of course everything is just heresay or assumptions until we see the $$$$$$$$$$$ in our accounts and this nightmare is over.

Can't hurt to be proactive and email them your ACH info to "double check" they have it, imo.

Keep us posted. I'm interested in Mon & Tue if others are going to get the "opps ACH" Bull$h!7 email.

Testing ACH's on the next group? that's good to hear!

****, sounds like those of us outside this first group might be paid sooner than expected.
