They send it Friday next week and you receive it the following week. So next week we will finally have arrived at "next week". That is for the lucky ones.

Can anyone PM me Patrick's contact info? (Unless someone can point me to it in a public spot?)

So, unexpectedly have a new bank account. Emailed a change of bank information marked urgent, and spoke to a "level 1" phone rep who took all the new bank information down to pass to a case specialist.

How quickly have case specialists been handling issues? (I could get no timeframe from her when to hear back.)

Has anyone attempted changing the bank information, who IS in the first wave of payments? (They confirmed I'm in the first wave.)

Have a horrible feeling it's too late to fix this. I wouldn't mind being bumped to wave 1.5, just don't know if they can pull me out of wave 1 at this point...

I didn't have a test deposit.

I don't understand how I had a petition filed automatically. Did anyone else have this problem? Maybe they did this for accounts with a significant balance? I have 5 figs FWIW.
it MUST be th e large balance

IMO we should try to find a way to send Patrick a fruit basket for being awesome.... Or a hooker. Either one.

Too late to change bank info. Patrick told me emails would be automatically sent out to those that entered incorrect banking info. Not sure when those payments would be sent out, but he made it seem like it would just be a week later.

Just got off the phone with GCG, the lady confirmed for me that I am in the first batch of payments and that I can expect my payment by the end of next week. She could not provide confirmation on whether or not my bank information is correct, and a specialist is supposed to call me back.

Honestly, I didn't get the feeling like there will be a problem since I know I put the correct bank info on my petition back in September. Not very worried, unless I actually get a call back and find out otherwise.

For peace of mind I would recommend calling and confirming everything.

For chase it was super easy:

Call 888-434-3030
Select ACH option on first Menu (option 3)
When you get the chance to speak with a customer service person, take that option
Confirm Account details
Tell them you were expecting a test ACH deposit for $0.00 some time last week and ask if it is there.
They confirmed that it was received

Total process took 6 minutes and very nice peace of mind.

WTF, so GCG has responded and essentially told me to give all the banking info again which I sent with the petition. Account number, ACH routing number, Bank name, and Bank address. I sent this crap in the original application. GRRR. Most likely will get delayed because of this bs.

I, too, spoke with Patrick today after a Level 1 rep escalated my claim a few days ago. For background, I never received an email from GCG with my P/C numbers. While FTP was active, I received token monthly payments from FTP for linking to them from my blog and was concerned that those payments might scuttle my claim to my account balance. So I called the 800# and spoke to a Level 1 rep, who wasn't sure what was going on with my petition. Thus the escalation.

Anyway, Patrick said he guessed that I never received an email from GCG back in October with my P/C Numbers and that I went ahead and filed my own claim (correct). That apparently causes some problems for GCG, but he found my "original" P/C numbers -- the ones I never received -- and gave them to me over the phone after verifying my identity through my account info (name, address, login ID). He said he would delete my current petition and that I should submit a new petition through the website with the P/C numbers he gave me.

I did that, and the site confirmed my correct balance. Patrick said I should be hopefully be paid either at end of March or end of April. The guy was the model of professionalism - very pleasant, very helpful.

I just got off the phone with GCG. They confirmed my balance again and said everything was good but that my banking information is incorrect even though I supplied it correct. I am going to email infor@fulltiltpokerclaims.com and update it but will this delay me and put me in the second batch of payments?

Did you not ask them while you had them on the phone? I'm pretty sure no one on this thread can tell you a definitive answer.
