The room cost fades into oblivion when you consider the lawyers fees for dialogue with DoJ.

IMO the only reason legal argument FTP has with AGCC to keep suspended state of licence is that, technically, PK is not busto cause the funds are merely frozen!

The frozen funds remain the property of FTP so long as the DoJ take to get round to seizing the money. Why so slow?

DoJ seize money = FTP busto = adios licence
DoJ carry on being dog slow = FTP still got funds albeit frozen = AGCC can't legally terminate licence = limbo

Get a move on DoJ! 4 months and counting - thought DoJ were powerful. Maybe the foreign governments aren't handing over the foreign bank accounts (Luxembourg was the first!)??

So long as DoJ pick their noses, FTP still have lobster for lunch

one problem with this is it risks drawing attention to online poker "regulation" which would probably be a bad thing for UK players as it would likely involve government taking a slice of the action.

Having seen the accounts while you are right PK isnt busto it is totally irrelevant to the AGCC licence, the player balances seem to be one of the other companies somewhere which may well be technically busto with the missing processor money having a bearing.

Was there a list somewhere of what companies had what amounts siezed?

No list of balances unfortunately; just the accounts and country info was released.

Wonder how much the DoJ got away with in the Linwell Processor sting? More money gone from FTP's coughers, whichever shell they kept it in.
