no its a handout of information. the deal is done. if youre all sitting around waiting to hear that youve already heard it, and DF hasnt denied it. FTP2 is up and running Nov 1st. Youve already been told that. stop being a bunch of babies

weve already been told 95% of the balances are less than 1k, so i figured 37k has to be up a couple more % so i went with 98%. Kirby probably has more than everyone in this thread and i dont see him whining like a baby, srsly guys grow up

PokerStars is in process of depositing mirrions of dollars into a US escrow account to be used to pay back all who have locked up monies on FT

I like many of you are anxiously awaiting this outcome. I just discovered that all charges against Raymond Bitar were severed on Friday July 27th from the overall case against pokerstars and Fulltilt. A new judge was granted and he will have to plea or settle his case of his own. Thisis per "Marlena" from the Southern District Court Records office at 212-805-0136

this means that Stars can settle the case without letting Ray Bitar off the hook

This sort of is the thread to complain though...not that I'm encouraging whining. Just sayin', it is the place to whine if you're going to whine.

As for positive things that MAY be happening, maybe my U.S. politicians are not being sociopathic habitual liars and are deciding how and when (soon) to legalize online poker (which should have never been banned). Or not...but it MAY be.
