Was hoping for Berri v Grazvis to see how fast Berri can close the gap to the current best PLO endboss.

Berri v Galfond would’ve been amazing too, for publicity and growing the game.

Berri v O4R also a dream matchup though

mo' money, mo' challenges imo

Galfond Challenge Returns Feb. 2: "Jungleman" to Battle "Mr. Falcons"

$100/$200 vs. Jungleman | The Galfond Challenge

starts about 30 min into the stream if i remember correctly.

maybe all of these challenges will remind tom "durrr" dwan to pay the withstanding debt to jungleman from the "durrrr challenge"? as of a couple of weeks ago he still owed quite a bit according to jungle, on charlie carrel's stream. the challenge started in 2011 and was stalled in 2013, i believe. what do you guys think? a ****ing decade ago!

The challenge started in 2010 and stalled in 2011. These challenges won’t get durrrr back into the ring.

-PG: For what it's worth, I don't know where I stand in the top few, but excluding me let's say, I think these are probably the two best PLO players in the world. So that's really really exciting. I f I had to bet on somebody, I would bet on Berri, but I have basicaly amost no experience against Berri Sweet. And I have a decent amount of experience againt Amsogood, and I know he's very strong. But Berri Sweet is kind of this mystery enigma that seems to beat everybody at every game. Like honestly, when I think about playing people, he's the only person that like I'm afraid I might be like significantly worse than. I'm not saying I'm better than everybody else, but I think, anybody besides him, I feel like - LL, I forgot, he's one of the top - everybody else I feel like, if they're better than me, it's not by much. And maybe over the course of a match I would have an edge against everybody. He's the only one where I'm like, maybe we would play a full match and he would just... have a big edge the whole time. But, because I haven't played him, he's a bit of an unknown quantity to me. So I don't really have a high degree of confidence in that, but if I were betting, like crossbooking especially, I would bet on him.

what's berris style? during the stream galfond talked about his own style was more flow based while jungles seemed to be more theoretical/GTO-inspired?

Would be interesting to hear the current PLO power rankings from one of the high stakes regs
02-03-2023 , 09:53 AM
I find it a bit amusing everytime a american reg goes out and rank people they act like there are no countries outside of northern america. Grazvis is up 1.1m over 3k hands at GG HU according to statname, and 780k ish over 105k hands with 18bb 100 at pokerstars and he sits alone like 90% of the time on acr just waiting, which he has been doing for years.

This is why I would love to see a current high stakes PLO reg give power rankings. I assumed Grazvis was undisputed clear number 1 as he open sits the highest stakes and holds the lobby on all sites…

Ring definitly numero uno and I don't think any other HS-regs would disagree with me at the moment. Ubershrems, Sanita and Amsogood are considered the best HU-specialists but I think some other ring regs could give them a run for their money as well (Grazvis, Debilne_Ucho, maybe d.apollo?).

After seeing the Galfond stream vs Jungle I would bet everyone mentioned above against Galfond even if they paid him 2-3bb/100.

How do you know Grazvis doesn't identify himself as an American?
