Dane Cook is a huge, unfunny db though, so I hope it is true.
You must be kidding, comedians have bits they work on for these situations, where people either get up and leave or come in early. Hell, I was at Harvey's comedy clubs last night in Portland and the main feature both made fun of a group coming in late and a couple that tried to sneak out with a few minutes left to beat traffic. Those bits, along with the rest of the show, was hilarious.
