Irony at it's finest. The guy there with EL is another one that you need to be very careful when lending money to. Long list of folks down in Florida he owes that had to beg, plead, and kiss ass to get their money back.

I'm sorry, but did any of those pros borrow money from YOU specifically? If not, then it's not up to you to ask them to place money in escrow to cover FTP owes you. The money FT loaned to its pros should've been kept separate from money owed to players -- meaning the money should've come from their own profits as opposed to player money. It was so ridiculous for FT to even mention the money it loaned pros because it had nothing to do with the fact that the company was irresponsible and mismanaged.

You should be angry with the companies, not the players. You being upset with the players is like you being upset with someone who took a loan from a banking institution that was mismanaged and taken over by the Feds. If YOU owe me money, I don't care if someone else owes you. "I can't pay you back because so-and-so owes me money." Tell you what, you sell your iPad, flatscreen TV and anything of value you own until you have the money you owe me. And when so-and-so pays you back then you can replace the stuff you just had to hawk in order to get me my money.
