Most of the Dutch poker forums already know me but I never tend to post on here. Decided I should post something on here as there was a topic about a hot subject at the moment.

Unfortunately I can't say more about the situation than what I have already posted above, but I do hope it helps a bit.

can you say whether the ruling might apply to Dutch citizens or just people accessing Pokerstars from a Dutch IP?

The Dutch Supreme Court doesn't have jurisdiction over foreign gambling sites.

I wonder how many of the networks will now voluntarily block Dutch players? When a government or court makes a ruling seems to be when sites/networks choose to withdraw from that market.
