The way he plays so slow and pauses really tilts me. What tilts me even more is he's such a nit and everyone knows it - yet he still gets huge action when he 3 bets/4 bets pre-flop and people still pay him off.

The way he plays doesn't bother me, its that sitting there and counting to 30 or what the **** ever he does to muck or call or whatever. You can see the other players look at each other and laugh a lot of times when he does that ****

Chris is a tournament specialist playing with the best in the world at nosebleed cash game stakes on the show. I'd rather the guy said nothing then hear a ballad of self pity from Phil Hellmuth every time the cards don't fall his way.

He's an analytical player who doesn't have the stomach for 500k swings. There's no accolade to be won other then the money your up when the show's over

he doesn't tilt me at all i have a great respect for him cause he was the first internet player to win wsop evnts and a long time ago he's like our "poker father"
all"non young players" seem to tilt 2+2's a lot that's strange.... kind of racism against eldest
and btw a nit absolutly needs lags (tards) to make money lags are blessed bread for them

Chris makes $$ every time you play at FT, how's that for boring player. The guy can be taking a nap or a crap & he still makes $$. I seriously doubt he is bothered by what anyone thinks. If I had a hat like that I'd be cool.

Stop leveling, a guy that 8-tables high stakes online just knows after 3 seconds what to do. And then he just silently sits there counting down from 30 to 0 after making a move with his mouth hanging open, even on blatantly simple decisions. All it does is give the opponent more time to think. He never ever puts pressure on his opponent with a quick raise.

People like that make poker so boring. Only playing premium hands and folding everything else and not gambling at all. Im suprised people actually play in hands with him. And thats just his playing style let alone the fact he doesnt say anything and takes about 10 minutes to move so he doesnt give off tells

How do people like Dwan & co actually make money out of someone like that? (the only thing i can think is when they get runner runner then just shove all in and the nit will think their aces or kings are still good)

He's a great player and a really nice guy. He's also probably more intelligent than 99 percent of poker players in general and is fascinating to chat with.

I'm sure he's crushed that somebody on 2+2 thinks he's boring.

The problem with your logic here...is that Dwan is actually using that time. He might think 20 seconds and then try to bluff shove in a spot most wouldn't. It puts me on tilt the way he takes so long. Lacey Jones Puts me on Mega tilt during late night poker because i imagine its a seriously fast structure and she takes AGES only to fold. But she is so hot in that show in that red dress i almost want her to take longer.
