Daniel Tzvetkoff Book - Can you help? - Page 3 - Poker News

This wiki is such one sided garbage. You are correct, Pope and Clarke did steal 28m from the poker companies. But DT did in fact did steal that 28m from the Poker companies, only later to be stolen from him. In all DT stole 100m+ from numerous poker/casinos companies. The 28 was stolen out of the 100m.

If you only worked with them for the final days, than you no nothing. The fact is Daniel Tzvetkoff stole over 100m from allot of companies. Daniel is the lowest life form possible. The fact that Pope & Clark stole from him is only a side story to the true nature of what DT did with poker player funds.

It shows you only know what you have read. I worked for them for over 2 years including the final days. The total amount intabill owed its clients was just over $60 million not $100 million. Pope and Clark stole over $60 million, $28 million that intabill invested and over $30 million in profits. Numerous other processors stole in excess of $20 million from intabill including Chad Elie who stole over $4 million.
Sure these guys lived wild lives but they weren't responsible.

As far as I can tell from court filings Pope did a deal.

Tzvetkoff didn’t steal the money. I should know, I was working for them in the final days! Sam and Dan invested the money with partners. Dan took the fall for his partners Curtis Pope & Scott Clark who stole over $60 million from Sam and Daniel.

Why else would Daniel have got the deal he did with the feds??
Last I heard Curtis and Clark were serving over 2 years.

FYI, I did alot of investigating into Pope et al. He pled to 3 counts and was sentenced to 21 months on each count, serving concurrently (to be followed by longer probation).

You should contact the member ZBTHorton ( Brian Horton I think is his real name).

He was close to quite a few folks at Stars and Full Tilt, and Pre-Black Friday he made some predictions about payment processors that turned out to be spot-on accurate.

If you search for posts about the potential regulation bill pushed by Harry Reid towards the end of 2010 you will find lots of good stuff, along with a giant sea of stupidity.

was DT processing payments right up until black friday for stars/tilt? does anyone know who the genius was that decided echecks that they couldn't collect on was a good way to get money from US bank account onto the sites?
