apparantly they are getting around ~100k for being on team online, word on the street is that they need to release it though @ a rate of 7x per 1k, so they need 700k VPP's to max out the 100k.

It may have been spun as "getting" 100k but it was basically a form of rakeback up to 100k max, and rakeback doesn't mean **** for MTT pros IMO.

meh if they all reached SNE, they would get 100k + ~150kish in elite bonuses etc, so it prob works out a better deal than most of the ftp pro's get.

(assuming you can get to SNE obv)

with the new changes to the VIP club on stars, afaik you need to rake about 186k (or there abouts) to get elite, so you would obv be getting over 100% rb + a decent hourly on top of that to.

but ya it favours cash/sng regs

Chiren is a lot more notable than some of the TEAM PROS! He is HUGE in the WoW community, which 10 million+ people play globally!

Orel Hershiser, Boris Becker, Jason Alexander, etc. are Team Pro's, so it's NOT all about skill. It's about attracting new players to the game, and Chiren does this. PERIOD.

Excellent choices.
