I've certainly heard of that sort of thing too. But those are almost always small businesses who are going to potentially lose business based on a single review. I've never heard of Caesars suing or banning someone based on this, and it typically really isn't something a huge corporation is going to give attention to.

The Rio alone has over 900 one-star reviews on Yelp right now. If CET were really banning all these people based on negative reviews, we would have heard about it well before this.

Look, Stanhope would be a great entertainment choice for your project, he merits a thread in NVG after all. Plus, being barred from all the Caesar's properties has to lower his asking price for a residency. Last we read, his manager was passed out drunk in the hall outside his room at the Rio. (Offer him a point in your hotel, I think the Corleone Family did that with Johnny Fontaine once they capped Moe Greene.)

I'd think your posting a link to your WRT's Poker Hotel Thread here was the highlight of this thread.... further suggestions for your Poker Hotel project will go there ... since you've breathed new life into the venture for any interested persons.

1) Doug isn't an alcoholic- they go to meetings. Doug isn't the meeting sort of person, at least not one with a bunch of drunks in remission.

2) As others noted, plenty of doctors prescribe Xanax and other drugs that are contraindicated with alcohol consumption...they take the risk because the money is good. Why else do you believe cash-only pill mills exist? The script-writers there have a medical degree (in most cases).
