It's a professionally made video, so undoubtably well-planned advertizing for something. Especially if they film in both Sweden and las Vegas.
The video is funny though.

Hey guys, just signed up to post this:

I can tell you for absolute certain that the 'island' isn't an island at all. That whole area is Muckross House and gardens in Killarney national park on Lough Leane in Killarney, Ireland. I know this because I live there; heres the relevant wiki link. I must say I loled hard when I saw this... definitely one of the most random things I've come accross on the internet.
